What Is The Sos Button?

The user can easily install and test the mediconnect. After the test, the user will be connected to our 24-hour Care Team.

The mediconnect service contains an alarm base unit charger as well as a comfortable pendant that can be worn around the wrist, neck, or comfortably attached to your keys or belt. The mediconnect package includes all attachments.

In the event of an emergency, the user simply presses the SOS button on their pendant, and the monitoring team responds. The situation is assessed over the loudspeaker of the SOS button, and assistance is sought in the form of emergency contacts and, if necessary, emergency services.

* If you are concerned that your father, mother, or loved one will not press the SOS Button after a fall or fainting spell, our SOS Button has a fall detection sensor that automatically sends an alert to our Emergency Response Monitoring Centre without the need for user intervention
